The National Zoo and Aquarium is a privately owned 19-hectare zoo and aquarium in the Australian capital city of Canberra. It is located near Yarralumla at the western end of Lake Burley Griffin, next to Scrivener Dam. It is continually expanding and has grown from 7 to 25 hectares in the last few years.
